Hi there – my name is Julie. Through the years I’ve gone through some extremely challenging times. Those trials taught me that people are more important than things, and intangibles are often more valuable than money. I do my best to manage stress by using mindfulness techniques and focusing on the good. I’ve discovered that exercise is not only great for mental and physical health, but it’s also lots of fun.
