About Julie

Hi there – my name is Julie. Several years ago I went through some extremely challenging times. Those trials taught me that people are more important than things, and intangibles are often more valuable than money. I learned to cope with stress by using mindfulness techniques and focusing on the good. I lost weight and learned to love exercise. Two years ago I discovered the joy of running (albeit slowly) and also competed in my first triathlon (with a lot of room for improvement). I am still learning and improving, and invite you to join me on my journey. Come celebrate life with me.
